Stuck on Connecting to Vysor on Android screen

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open 'Vysor'
2. Click on device 'red circle with arrow'
3. Device is found and tries to connect but gets stuck on 'Connecting to Vysor on Android' screen

Expected behavior I expect it complete the connection and start mirroring

Additional context I had been using an LG L355DL phone that worked great with Vysor but I got a new phone, the Moto G, and it will not complete the mirroring. It gets stuck on the 'Connecting to Vysor on Android' screen. I tried everything mentioned about debugging and such to no avail. I'm not an experienced tech person but I do have some knowledge of this kind of stuff so bear with me. I do hope someone can help me figure this out. :) I would add that I don't know a lot about Androids. This phone is for work on the computer. My primary phone is an iPhone, which I know more about.
