Beginnings of implementation to turning this into the TMWIH

• Removal of features not integral to main workflow for tmwih
• Revision of share feature and now has sharingdialogue.js which facilities generating 3 snapshots of current view and adding that into a pdf
• TODO: Share feature to have send email apart from download PDF.
• TODO: Download PDF to be hidden in the feature
