Request KEth on https://faucet.kovan.network/ but didn't work #244

0xb1523D0e1B7d4567aB27e4d26C16768456A93f4B Above is my Kovan address. I have asked for KEth on https://faucet.kovan.network/. The VPN is turned on while asking for KEth. Since it takes long time to process, I turn VPN off. Eventually, I receive the error "Faucet draw rate limit reached. Come back in 24 hours."
