We are building a peer-to-peer cross chain swapping solution. We plan to deploy first to testnet, where we will iron out issues before full mainnet deployment. We are planning on doing our Ethereum testing on Kovan, and need ETH for the publishing of smart contracts, message publishing fees, and also for distribution to our community so they are able to participate in the testnet launch.
