Over time many projects have deployed to Kovan. Now the Kovan team has abandoned existing and new users by refusing to resolve distribution of test ETH.

edit: found that Chainlink distributes usable amounts of KETH.

Was able to get .1 KETH from chainlink. Update the docs for the faucet or fix the faucet.
