slow "rush" mode and hich bandwith usage

Description of the problem:

rush mode is very slow and it scans about 200 system (looking for new
inactives) in more than 30 minutes, after that it spies slowly using only a
few of the avaible fleet slots.

I measured the bandwith usage and noticed that the bot uses a lot of
bandwith, maybe it does not cache the pages?

to some extent it caches pages but that helps the program very little but you 
still
have to get new info
