Update manpage #177

I noticed the current manpage is outdated. This PR updates them and keeps it synced with the latest --help output.

Some options like --metadata_replicas_required and --background_compression are not commented in the --help output, and I'm not sure what they mean, just leaving them blank lines in the man doc. Appreciate it a lot if someone could complete them.

replicas_required has unclear semantics and will probably be removed at some point.

background_compression means to do compression, but not online - instead in the background by the rebalance thread.
