Not working on 39.0.2145.4 dev-m (64-bit)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Attempt to use the extension on Chrome 39.0.2145.4 dev-m (64-bit)

What is the expected output?
- The proxy should work.

What do you see instead?
- The proxy does not work and always shows "This page cannot be loaded via the 
Chrome Data Compression Proxy. Try reloading the page."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- 39.0.2145.4 dev-m (64-bit)
- 39.0.2147.1 canary SyzyASan
- Windows 8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
- Works fine on 37.0.2062.103 m

I confirm it stopped working in Chrome 39 due to some breaking changes in 
Chrome Proxy servers. I am working on a fix, which is hard without access to 
Google infrastructure.

I managed to rewrite the request headers and it works for me. Please update it 
to version 1.3.
