While testing this palette, I noticed it differs slightly from normal Tango.
This updates the colors to match the original tango palette. This also matches the colors used in other terminals.

The original palette does not have cyan, but everyone seems to agree on these.
Possibly relevant: there isn't consensus for "black". Most themes seem to use #2e3436, but a few use #000000.
I decided to not touch it. It seems fine to me.
