kitty.conf conflicting shortcuts ctrl+shift+n opens a new window

Describe the bug

Kitty is conflicting with my keyboard shortcuts, ctrl+shift+n is opening a new window.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Delete your kitty.conf
2. Open a kitty terminal window
3. Use shortcut ctrl+shift+n OR cmd if on mac.

Environment details

Press Ctrl+Shift+F6 (cmd+option+comma on macOS) in kitty, to copy debug output about kitty and its
configuration to the clipboard and paste it here. 

On older versions of kitty, run kitty --debug-config instead

1. I'm not on mac.
2. Ctrl+shift+F6 does something else on linux
3. kitty --debug-config does not work. Unknown option

Additional context

Try to reproduce the problem with kitty --config NONE

So? That is the kitty shortcut for opening a new window. If you dont want it, then change it in kitty.conf

Changing it does nothing. I have kitty_mod+enter new_window. If I delete my config should I not have any settings? Should settings be only set if they are set in kitty.conf?

Thanks, it's great that one has the ability to disable keys with map kitty_mod+n.

I believe my suggestion is that users shouldn't be forced to use defaults if they're not explicitly set in the kitty.conf file. Providing a default kitty.conf that user's can comment out or delete lines could be of benefit to keeping the config clutter free.

However, I can see how your implementation might be a better approach in terms of software design and user experience by keeping the defaults even in the absence of a config file.

@ad-chaos Thanks that will work :) . I just figured it would of been more intuitive that keys left out of the config would not trigger anything.
