Iatest version incompatable with vscode 1.83 which is the version in new sagemaker studio env #40

wondering could this be adjusted so as to work with other versions of vscode, does it need to be pinned at 1.84 Version 0.3.0 works fyi possibly here: https://github.com/kovihq/sqltools-athena-driver/blob/0a5f2fe8a9c756ecd14fe805efcfcd2a543cc42c/package-lock.json#L32
