g:slimv_browser_cmd forces you to use a shell command. but maybe someone wants to use an Ex command to start a vim plugin to look at the hyperspec. e.g. see https://github.com/justin2004/slimv_box/blob/b5262b1becb7600d122ca78108750534058805d6/.vimrc#L63
