Slimv tutorial is down #96

Opening https://kovisoft.bitbucket.io/tutorial.html now just returns the message "Repository not found".

Thank you for pointing this out. It seems they removed Mercurial repositories from Bitbucket. I need to move this to another place, like github.io.
