Some ideas:

adding latest features from the forum
removing irrelevant features that do not corrupt model performance on CV
clusterize combined test and train set by a small set of features to find if there are groups of objects large enough to train independent models
strategies for computing class_99 probabilities based on other classes' probabilities
XGBoost parameter tuning
LightGBM parameter tuning
Building an optimal ensemble
