Possible p2p issue #650

During a e2e test I found randomly that the RPC node couldn't join the network. I didn't find anything obvious in the logs, I attach them here. logs.zip

The reason is DEBUG[08-15|08:41:07.371] Bad packet from 172.17.0.4:22334: rlp: value size exceeds available input length
