v2.0.0 release #748

This is a major version update because of the breaking protocol changes. Older mining clients will not be able to communicate with newer ones.

Updated peer-to-peer networking protocol
Fixed issue with keystore directory
Added suport for new internal testnet
Added main net support to block explorer and wallet-tools
Added mtoken visibility to wallet-tools
Updated netstats for main net
Added experimental hot update functionality
Added a CLI command to show core network addresses
Minor updates to internal documentation
