Manage Target Margin to Maintain Profitability #23

As a site owner, I want to be able to set our target margin on items sold so that the marketing employees will set appropriate pricing. Setting target margin will help me make sure the company is profitable in its transactions with customers.

(estimation) 1 day as this should just be another column in the DB and a function to set it.

Is this from the perspective of the marketplace owner, or vendor?

Didn't mean to close sorry about that. I interpret this being from perspective from site owner, not the vendor

Looks like this is a duplicate of issue #19
