Ozone loaded file error #6

There is an error message about necessity of reloading .ozn file in some cases. Have found neither the source of this problem nor any correlation with stochastic software yet. Looks like random OZone bug.

Main.remove_false() function deals with passing simulations with any error. Also removes false results from stoch_rest.csv.

fixing this bug is not possible without OZone source code
