Remove blur overlay for images requiring an account & remove Twitter shilling (especially admin's Google lawsuit stuff).

Personally, I'm having issues with the "display all content" flag in my account (which you apparently don't even need an account to enable, but once upon a time, it was definitely required), so my searches and results are being censored.

I don't know how to fix the former (haven't spent much time looking though), but the latter is easy to fix.

Not sure if you actually want to add this commit though, because it does completely uncensor the site, not giving users the option. Then again, they also have the option not to install this extension, and a censored site seems pointless in the first place.

Oh, and I blocked the admin's notice promoting his Twitter because the hypocrite is trying to sue Google whilst still complaining about having no money.

Same edits for Legacy.
