Language issue (Facebook sponsored content) #67

Hello,

I just put your facebook filters in my Ublock filter list but it doesn't block the sponsored content... I assume it's because your filter is for the English version of Facebook.. Do you know what strings I have to modify to make it work ? Thanks

The blocked rules that match texts are probably contains...

And also not only ads and sponsored things, my filterlists also aim to remove any kinds of zuckested, related, featured, you may, you might, etc.

But the text match rules are not my actual plan, my main plan is want to detect similar values that can preciously identify those annoying contents instead of matched texts to avoid language barrier like you said, e.g.

With new desktop site change, it seems like it's still difficult to do above and I've probably giving up using main desktop site, currently my routine use of Facebook are from my notebook and visit the basic feature phone page only, also avoid some behaviour of...

In short, I'm not just only switched to that version, but also writing rules for that version, too!

For more details. Even I've currently focused to use over mbasic.facebook.com doesn't mean that version of Facebook on browser are clean, even that version are purely HTML instead of React. If you look to my list entirely, I'm also write the rules for trying to hide sponsored posts in that versions same as desktop (before React era) and touch mode, hide their lite app promo, content chaining after liked or reacted, related things (e.g. pages, friends, PYMK) and also SEM pixel tracking iframe that I've detected long time ago while I'm using Fennec F-Droid with NoScript Anywhere extension.
