zram crash during restart on kernel 3.8.3 #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. zram restart
2. crash

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
kernel 3.8.3 - OpenWrt on ar71xx.
What wonders me: the box has enough free RAM and is does
not happen everything i restart zram.
