Describe the bug Plugin 'Pydantic' (version '0.4.15') is not compatible with the current version of the IDE, because it requires build 242.* or older but the current build is PY-243.15521.16

Environments (please complete the following information):

IDE: PyCharm 2024.3 EAP (Professional Edition) Build #PY-243.15521.16, built on September 17, 2024
OS: KDE neon 6.1 (Ubuntu 22.04)
Pydantic Version [e.g. 1.9.0 ]
Plugin version 0.4.15
