Feature/issue 11/do geolocation in client side

Overview

Remove IP geolocation and current weather data fetching from getServerSideProps.

Changes

• Remove getServerSideProps in index.tsx
  • It makes the app possible to get users location precisely
• Fix initial state issue in SearchInput
