Add Storybook

Changes

• Install and configure Storybook
• Add stories files of the following components:
  • ClothingGuidelineScaleChart
  • ClothesIcon
  • BeatLoader
  • SyncLoader
  • SearchInput
  • searchInput.stories.tsx is still work in progress. need to refactor the component(separate logic and presentation)

Affected scope

• ClothingGuidelineScaleChart

and new stories files
