HDR ? #1035

Hi i'm on spmc 17 last alpha ans when I play à HDR 10bit vidéo i'm not sure that active.. surface option is On

I confirm that HDR (SMPTE ST 2084) is not engaged with this release at the same conditions that #962 . @Koying 's trick do not operate (stop movie if Hdr not engaged , then start immediately until HDR is engaged).

HDR works fine for me on 17.4a10.
