A little search you will find what your looking for
Well I found that area already. I'm just unsure which one I should actually download and use and if they were the actual nightlies. . So the number scheme is just like kodis? 16 is Jarvis and 17 is krypton?
Yes. And a means an alpha version, rc is a release candidate.
OK. That helps. One last question and we can close this up. I have a nvidia shield pro, 2017 model. It is 64 bit. What version of this am I looking for? Will it be specific like windows does? I see launcher apk 's and reg apkS. Sorry for the confusion. And the for the clarity.
If you don't mind manually installing an APK, you want 17.4a11. This is the latest stable Kodi build + Koying's improvements. The current test builds are 32 bit. You will want the 64 bit versions once they are available. There is no need for a launcher APK since you have Google's Leanback Launcher interface on the Shield rather than a stripped down Android box.
Thank you both for your quick response. It is so appreciated. I use my android box for more than just kodi so I don't want to launch right into it. I have a question. When spmc launches and the spmc logo pops up , does it then say kodi and not spmc in the actual app? Thx again.

Since you've got a 64bit ARM System, you need an apk out of this folder http://download.semperpax.com/spmc/android-aarch64/.
You could either install the "...launcher.apk", which would cause SPMC to be launched at system startup (recommended I'd you want your device to run only Kodi), or the regular regular apk, which needs to be run from the device's UI.

No it states spmc not kodi
Is 17.4a11 stable enough for a daily driver on a Nexus Player?
I'm still running Jarvis because I run a central database for multiple mixed OS devices with Kodi and SPMC and I haven't even looked at Krypton yet.
OK. Then it seems someone packaged kodi into my spmc download. I have deleted it and will download the ones recommended. The all. I see people complaining about 17.4a11 with regards to buffering issues.

Looks like some are having issues with buffering with 17.4 a11. Is this still an issue?
New here but user of Kodi for awhile. Could someone quickly tell me about the build numbers? I would like the best one that still is keeping all the audio passthroughs available. Also maybe point me to the latest build for Nvidia shield. Thanks
I tried the one from the play store and it gave me independency errors. I imagine its because I tried to install an all in one that wasn't Jarvis compatible. Thx for any info
