Crashes on Android TV when pausing longer #195

If I leave a video on pause for a few minutes, when I press play on the nexus player remote, spmc crashes.

Hi, try to remove Shield Remote from your system and see if it helps. Friend of mine was having the same problems and oddly enough removing remote helped to stop this behaviour.

I'm on the Nexus Player.

It happens to me as well just with the gamepad, no remote.
