Question: SPMC Krypton beta apk for AFTV 4k #526

Hi @koying is there a chance to get an SPMC Kodi 17 Beta Build for the Amazon FireTV 4K Box? The Official Beta 5 still cant play Videos (Youtube Trailer and Music are working) i belive it is blocked by Amazon, SPMC is working perfect

Kodi 17 is not blocked by Amazon. Nor is any other version. Unfortunately, it's still not overly stable and neither is SPMC. Many are reporting the bug where video freezes but the audio continues, randomly after skipping. The test build of SPMC is even less stable, and doesn't play a whole swag of codecs. On the plus side, passthrough audio and rate switching works.

If you can live without passthrough and just want a stable build, stick with 16.
