Stuttering on video playback in SPMC 16.5 RC1 #535

Using SPMC 16.5 RC1 ,There is an occasional stuttering during video playback (every 30-sec to 1 min) (720p and 1080p video playback ) , i tried all possible Video setting Combinations of changing refreshrate to match video and/or vsynch But the stuttering still exists , to confirm if this is firmware 3.3 or spmc related i tried kodi 17 There was no stuttering with kodi 17

I also have this stuttering on my FTV2 with 16.5.2 and 3D SBS and HOU Videos will be played in 2D. When i switch allow hardware acceleration - Mediacodec (Surface) = off allow hardware acceleration - Mediacodec = off no stuttering and 3d files works fine again.
