SPMC-Krypton-Beta release? #552

Hello, first of all, thank you Koying for your great work! I know that there are still problems with 16.5.0, but i have seen a section "spmc-krypton". Now I want to ask you, when the first beta of spmc will be released? Kodi BETA 6 with IEC Audio Passthrough would be really nice.

I'm guessing that we won't see SPMC 17, until Kodi 17 is released since it has a bunch of core changes to it.

The good news is that @koying has contributed quite a bit of code for Android relating to the Kodi 17 Krypton build. Looking forward to SPMC 17 release with a particular interest in the launcher version for use on a Shield TV.
