spmc crash in simpleclient #740

When using mediacodec with iptv simpleclient the simpleclient service crash when you try to switch channel. Also picture quallity is not near the amlcodec again in simpleclient. Most HD conntent played. This on minix U1

No crystal ball and no debug log => no issue

I did bug repport in spmc when error occured. Keep up the good work!
