4k video playback on Sony Android TV #807

Hello, I installed 16.5.5 on my tv: Sony 55XD9305. I know interface is stuck in 1080p, but will 4k video be played in 4k ? If so, what are the recommended settings and how can I check video is rendered in 4k ? As far as I know tv processor is ARMv7 MT5890 with Mali-T624-gpu Thank you

As I know, only the GUI interface will be limited to 1080p, and the video will be rendered as original resolution via hardware.
