OSGification of TMAPIX #10

The TMAPIX projects should at least provide an OSGi-header

The io package should provide a writer/reader service and each reader /
writer provides that service (declarative as Semagia MIO)

Vague idea: Maybe it makes sense to register a generic TM reader service that 
is a
thin layer above MIO and which can read all MIO-supported syntaxes and which 
bypasses
all concrete readers
