Add legacy modus to LTMWriter #19

The LTMWriter writes multiple subject locators but the LTMReader does not 
accept them if it is in the legacy mode.

Add legacy mode to the LTMWriter which writes just one slo and omits the others 
(maybe write the other as comment or warn the user via the Logger)
