Add a fat TMAPIX I/O lib to the dist #29

Maybe it makes sense to add an additional lib to the dist "tmapix-io-onejar" 
which contains mio-core and mio-syntaxpack repackaged to tmapix.io.internal.mio

Users would not have to deal with mio-core and mio-syntaxpack anymore and 
tmapix-io would be more or less self-contained (jing and slf4j are still 
required)

r253 provides an experimental build for tmapix-io-onejar.

TODO:
* Fix OSGi headers
* Add NoDepsActivator to MANIFEST?
