As of v0.14.50 there is now support for "Receive Only" folders. There is already a handy check box for Receive Only Folders in the New Shared Folder dialog. There should probably be a checkbox added below it for the new receive only option. Using wording similar to the existing GUI Send Only Folder option and the information in the Syncthing docs, the text should look something like this:
[x] Receive Only Folder
Changes from other devices are applied to files on this device, but changes made on this device are not sent to the rest of the cluster.
