Display demon output encoding problem #541

I have folders with russian names. Daemon output window displays this:

Ready to synchronize "09 - Books" (09 - Books) (sendreceive)
[K2KRE] 15:17:35 INFO: Ready to synchronize "97 - ??????????????????" (97 - ??????????????????) (sendreceive)
[K2KRE] 15:17:35 INFO: Ready to synchronize "Projects" (Projects) (sendreceive)

Win7 x64 Pro

That window is meant mostly as tool to check for error messages when something goes wrong, so this should be pretty harmless. Main issue is that Syncthing-GTK code gets those lines already mangled from OS.
