Docbook back-end? #1

This is an interesting possibility. If we can generate DocBook, we can then potentially render it into a wide range of formats, rather than limiting ourselves to HTML.

My advice on that one is to be a killjoy and to focus on having the HTML back-end work well for the get-go. At least until we have a minimal product that can replace haddock for the task of producing HTML pages for codebases.
