Hi I'm a Non-Programmer and I'm doing this as a cybersec project. I have no idea on how to make this app, I really could use some guidance, please help!

I'm using windows 10, Dell Inspiron 7000 series, I have already downloaded Android studio and the reference YT videos mentioned here are taken down, so I'd really appreciate some detailed help, Thanks in Advance.
