Update Gui Weights #49

Updates Gui when a user wishes to add a new color to their palette with a custom weight.

Acceptance Test: 1.The user enters a number into the space near the color selector. 2.Then a color is chosen and the '+' button is clicked. 3.A button should appear with that color, with the entered number as an overlay, on the right side of the settings bar.
