Delete User account + Navbar updates #138

Purchase history moved into user profile for cleansiness Delete user front-end + routes. Still needs to be linked to the database. Didn't link to database due to conflicting opinions on what should be done to deleted users. Do we add a new column in the database isDeleted and only modify this column, do we removethe user completely, any other solutions? New TDGs -> return all users and delete user
