Merge bundle into master #12

So, he're a pull request that will merge the bundler into master branch with a press of a button.

  1. Added grunt bundler to build markdown statically and do other server-side work
  2. Refcard linking issue solved
  3. Added support for importing \h text from somewhere
  4. Miscellaneous client-side improvements.
