Add Methods to Classes to build New Character Popup Page for options #36

Add new methods to IPlayerClass and all of the SRD Classes to build the popup to let the user select options, similar to Races and Backgrounds.

All classes implemented as of 7c5026c. Still need to add equipment once that system is in place
