Add some more exhaustive tests of ignoreWhitespace based on @Mingun's work #488

As suggested at https://github.com/kpdecker/jsdiff/pull/486#issuecomment-1946386203, I've copied the tests @Mingun previously wrote for this feature (with minor tweaks).
