Documentation of Vielbein and InverseVielbein properties #147

I've noticed that the properties Vielbein and InverseVielbein were implemented but they are not documented. I'm attaching a patch with the .cnb files corresponding to the .tex files from Cadabra1.x.

Although the documentation can be improved, it is better to wait until the algorithm eliminate_vielbein is implemented.

BTW, Is there a way to refer to other properties and algorithms in .cnb?, something equivalent to the cdbseealgo.

I am about to commit the actual algorithm, and will then also merge this doc request; thanks a lot!

In order to refer to other properties and algorithms, use \prop{...} and \algo{...}.
