New version of the example notebook. #150

I've included a short explanation of the manipulations, and (as Kasper suggested) used the algorithm isolate to define the substitution rules.

I have merged this, and wanted to add it to the contributed notebooks on the web site, but then noticed that you used a lot of \newcommands. That will not work with the automatic notebook->html conversion. Can you do me a favour and convert it using standard LaTeX by removing those macros?
