Proposing additional Keystrokes #151

Command Keystroke
Save as Ctrl-Shift-S
Split cell Ctrl-Return
Restart (kernel) Ctrl-Alt-R

I've compiled my gtkmm_nb_win branch, and the proposed keystrokes were tested. They work as expected.
