Contents of \left...\right brackets is shifted downward in notebook #306

E.g.

ex:=\delta(A^{a b})+\delta(B^{a b});

typesets with the A and B tensors shifted downward. Reproducible with

LaTeXString(r"\delta\left(A^{a b}\right) + \delta(B^{a b})");

This is a MicroTeX bug.
