Please allow to use external jsoncpp #74

I have it installed as a package. If any vulnerability is found in jsoncpp, the cadabra-bundled copy will likely not be easily fixed, leaving users vulnerable.

Please add an option like USE_EXTERNAL_JSONCPP.

I am switching to https://github.com/nlohmann/json so this issue will go away.
