Rush farming bot #7

The purpose of this bot is to rush and farm PASTRs and not do anything else.

Here's the strategy we decided on for the seeding tourney:

-Look for best location to build PASTR based on cow growth rates (use a heuristic so this doesn't take too long) -Build PASTR there, but crowd efficiently when pushing

-terrain considerations (heuristic maybe?)
